LINK: Learning, Inspiring, Networking, and Knowledge-sharing - an Erasmus+ project in adult education

Welcome to the LINK project, a collaboration between Vihreä Pourusmäki (Finland) and Luna Red Producción Cultural (Spain), co-funded by the Erasmus+ program by the European Union.  LINK is designed to strengthen organizations, empower communities, and create a ripple effect of sustainable impact across Europe. 

Our objectives are

  1.  Capacity building
    Strengthening organizations by improving digital tools, marketing strategies, and teaching methods, enabling high-quality, flexible adult learning opportunities.   
  2. Community empowerment
    Equipping individuals and groups with the knowledge and confidence to manage and share their own sustainable projects effectively.    
  3. Knowledge sharing
    Documenting and sharing insights, best practices, and tools with a wider audience through our digital platforms and the EU dissemination platforms. 

Key activities    

  • Courses in Finland and Spain: Workshops on sustainability, communication, and personal growth, featuring frameworks like "The Work That Reconnects."
  • Tutoring: Personalized sessions to guide participants in designing and implementing impactful projects.
  • Local networking events: Informal gatherings to foster collaboration and skills-sharing within communities.
  • Creating connections: Building a decentralized network of organizations in peripheral and rural areas of Europe.
  • Convergence: A virtual multi-day event connecting participants from the edges of Europe to share insights and foster collaborations.
